Avis provided them with complete Contaque Predictive Dialer CRM Solutions functionality on for 35 users. Two HP Server with Contaque IPPBX & Database installed on it has been put at their premises. All 35 users are registered to the server through IP Phones and to derive the specific features like, Auto Answer with IP Phones & Headsets, French CRM, Reports in French, Remote Monitoring & Support, etc. |
